Simple
Vinaigrette Salad Sauce

SERVES:
You can prepare any amount of this sauce in advance and keep it in a
glass bottle in the refrigerator.
INGREDIENT:
Finely chopped parsley and onion, salt, ground pepper, 1 part of wine
(or balsamic) vinegar with 2 to 3 parts of extra virgin olive oil.
DIRECTION:
In a salad bowl, add salt, ground pepper, vinegar and olive oil, whisk
the dressing vigorously, serve over any salad like the one below.
Optional: add a little mustard,
or finely minced garlic, or fresh herbs like parsley and estragon for
example to it
