RECIPE:
Tenderloin steaks in a creamy red wine sauce with fresh green pepper

INGREDIENT: 4
tenderloin steaks 250gr each,
fresh green pepper corns, 1 cup of red wine, one cup of cream, 50 grams of
butter, paprika, salt and pepper to taste, chopped parsley.
DIRECTION:
, Season the steaks with some salt, paprika, and pepper, heat up the butter in a pan and grill the
steaks until they are done to your liking, take the steaks out of the
pan and keep them warm, pour the wine and the fresh green pepper corns into
the pan until the wine cooks up and stir well, pour the cream into the pan and stir well mixing the cream while
it heats up with the rest of the sauce, let it cook a bit until the
liquid thickens abit to your liking, salt and pepper the sauce to
taste and pour it over the steaks and add the chopped parsley on top.
This dish can be served with French fries or noodles.
NOTES: We recommend a
Merlot, Beaujolais or a Shiraz with this dish.
