Cleaning soap scum from glass shower doors:
Here are a few tips to get rid of that soap scum build up on your shower
doors:
1.) For hardcore soap scum on your glass shower doors try and use
undiluted vinegar with salt, use a sponge to apply the vinegar and salt and best use
plastic gloves. After applying that rinse with warm water and repeat if
necessary.
2.) You can also
try and apply backing powder with warm water and a sponge, that helps to
remove the resting soap scum often.
3.) Some folks
told me to cut a lemon in half and rub that over the glass doors that
might help also.
4.) In order to
protect the glass in the future and to get a clear glass door back is to
apply to the dry glass shower doors lemon oil that is used also for
furniture polish with a smooth piece of a cotton cloth.
