RECIPE: Sliced Chicken Breast in
Creamy Curry Sauce

SERVES: 4
INGREDIENT: 700gr Chicken Breast,
100gr mushrooms, 1 tbsp oil, 2 tbsp flour, 1 finely minced onion, salt &
pepper, Curry Powder, 1 cup cream, 1 tbsp minced parsley.
DIRECTION: Slice Chicken breast in
stripes and flour meat. Sauté meat with onions and sliced mushrooms in oil
( or butter) & flavor with salt pepper and curry to taste. Add cream to
meat and let simmer on low heat until sauce thickens a bit. Then serve
with white rice.
NOTES: Serve with rice and
garnish
with banana and peach slices.
