RECIPE:
Wiener Schnitzel

INGREDIENT:
4 de boned veal cutlets
pounded until they are very thin (chicken or pork can be used also),
flour, salt and pepper to taste, bread crumbs, 2 eggs and oil to fry the
wiener schnitzel.
DIRECTION: As mentioned above
the meat should be pounded until they are thin (about 0.5 to 1 cm that
is about 1/4 inch), salt and pepper the meat, now pass the schnitzel
trough the flour, next trough the well beaten eggs and last the bread
crumbs, then fry them shortly in oil on high heat, easy as that, now
serve with French fries and some green salad on the side.
NOTES:
As for the wine selection with the breaded veal we recommend a light
Austrian white wine like the Gruener Veltliner or a Sauvignon Blanc.
