INGREDIENT:
300 grams sliced celery, 300 grams diced apples, salt, 75 grams of
walnuts, 300 grams of mayonnaise, juice of half a lemon.
DIRECTION:
Marinate the celery slices with the apples dices in lemon juice with a
dash of salt for about 20 minutes, mix it with the mayonnaise and add
the coarsely chopped walnuts on top. Serve cold, apples and celery can
also be cut in
