RECIPE:
Vegetable
Gratin with Celery, Tomatoes and Cauliflower

INGREDIENT: 1 small
celery, 2
- 3 tomatoes, 1 small cauliflower, 200gr tomatoes diced,
10 gr.
butter, salt and pepper to taste, 1 dl chicken bouillon, a couple
tablespoons of bread crumbs and 50 grams grated Gruyere Cheese
Note:
Of course other vegetables can be added or replace the ones selected
here to what you like best or what is freshly available to you.
DIRECTION: Cook the
celery and the cauliflower in salt water for about 10 minutes, in a buttered
Pyrex bake ware
place the celery first then the tomatoes cut in slices last raw on top
and last on each tomato slice a piece of cauliflower, then pour in the bouillon, add a
bit salt and pepper to taste, last place the bread crumbs and the grated
Gruyere cheese on top and
bake in 375F preheated
oven for about 10 minutes or until cheese is melted golden brown.
