Sauce Thousand Islands Dressing

(You may keep what you don't need the same day in the refrigerator for a
few days, aldo fresh is always best.)
INGREDIENT:
2 eggs, 15 grams of mustard, salt and pepper to taste, 0.5 dl of herb
vinegar, 0.5 liter of sunflower oil, 1 big or 2 small bell peppers, 2
small gherkins, 1 tomato, 2 soupspoons of ketchup.
DIRECTION:
In a mixer beat the eggs, salt, pepper, mustard and half of the vinegar and
some salad spice mix, then on slowest speed pour in slowly
the sunflower oil, in the end add the rest of the vinegar and the mix in
the bell peppers, gherkins, tomato and 2 soupspoons of ketchup.
