RECIPE:
Red Snapper with Garlic Cream Sauce

INGREDIENT: 4 fillets of red snapper,
6 cloves garlic, finely minced, 1/4 liter of fresh cream, salt and pepper
to taste, 1 tablespoon
cornstarch, butter.
DIRECTION: Brown
red snapper slightly on both
sides in butter, place on plate & keep warm. Add the garlic to the
butter and warm it up (do not let it get brown)
add cream and stir until boil, add cornstarch stir until sauce
starts to thicken, add salt and pepper to taste. Pour sauce over
fish and serve with rice or boiled
potatoes.
Recommended Wine: A nice dry Chablis, a Pouilly Fuissé or a dry
Chardonnay.
