Rib Eye Steak with Herb Butter

INGREDIENT: 4
Rib Eye Steaks, salt, pepper, paproka and some butter or olive oil to
grill the steaks.
For the
Herb Butter: 2 sticks of butter, finely chopped parsley, dill, basil, chives and
garlic, a few drops of Tabasco, Worchester sauce, paprika, pepper, 1
teaspoon tomato paste, 1 teaspoon limejuice.
DIRECTION:
Season the rib eye steaks with paprika, salt and pepper to taste, grill
the steaks to your liking.
To
prepare the Herb Butter: Let the butter soften in a bowl, add all the ingredients
and mix well (this can also
be done in a food processor). When all is mixed well roll the butter mix
in a wax paper and place the roll in the freezer, cut it into slices
when needed and place atop the freshly grilled meat.
Notes:
Serve with French fries and a nice red wine like a Merlot or a
Beaujolais for example.
