Oven Pork
Chops

INGREDIENT:
2 pounds of pork chops ( 2 small pork chops per person or one big one),
one head of garlic, salt and pepper to taste, 1 tablespoons of brown
sugar, 2-3 tablespoons of mustard and one tablespoon of honey and 2 cups
of apple cider.
DIRECTION:
Season
the pork chops with the finely minced garlic plus salt and pepper to
taste, then mix the mustard with the honey and sugar and apply a layer
on each side of the pork chops, place the pork chops on a Pyrex bake
ware (see image below) and pour the apple cider over the chops, then
roast i a preheated oven at about 360F until done (baking time
depends on the size, thickness of the pork chops.)
NOTES: Serve with
baked potatoes.
