RECIPE: Linguine with
creamy Vegetable Juliette

INGREDIENT:
400 grams of Linguine
Noodles ( Linguine (also spelled linguini) is a form of pasta, flat like
fettuccine, but narrow like spaghetti), 1 carrot, 1 leek, 1 zucchini, 1/4 liter of fresh cream,
grated parmesan cheese, fresh parsley, salt and pepper to taste.
DIRECTION: Cut the
vegetables in
fine stripes of about 5 cm (2 inches) length,
boil the Linguine with the
vegetables, in
salt water, drain pasta when cooked al dente, add the cream to the pot
and a little salt and pepper to taste, when heated up add the pasta
with the carrots to the sauce and add freshly grated parmesan cheese, mix and reheat everything and serve with
a sprinkle of fresh parsley on top.
Recommended Wine: A nice Shiraz.
