Sauce French Dressing

10 ( Leftover sauce can be stored for up to a couple days in the fridge

INGREDIENT:
2 eggs, 15 grams of mustard, salt and pepper to taste, 0.5 dl of herb
vinegar, 0.5 liter of sunflower oil.
DIRECTION:
In a mixer or
kitchenaid beat the eggs, salt, pepper, mustard and half of the vinegar
(optional: add a salad spice mix if you have of like that and a
splash of ketchup for coloring), then on slowest speed pour in slowly
the sunflower oil, in the end add the rest of the vinegar.
