Fettuccini noodles with
carrots and ginger cream sauce

INGREDIENT:
400 grams of Fettuccini
Noodles, 400 grams of carrots, 1 ginger, 1/4 liter of fresh cream,
parsley, salt and pepper to taste.
DIRECTION:
Boil the fettuccini in
salt water and for the last 2 minutes add the carrots, sliced
Julienne
style (thin strips), drain pasta, add the cream to the pot and add
freshly grated ginger a little salt and pepper to taste, when heated up add the pasta
with the carrots to the sauce, mix and reheat everything and serve with
a sprinkle of fresh parsley on top.
Recommended Wine: A nice Chianti or Barolo.
