RECIPE: Cream of Leek
Soup

INGREDIENT:
2 Tbls.
butter, 1 leek washed and cut in thin slices, 2 cups cream, salt, pepper, parsley minced.
DIRECTION:
Heat the
butter in a pan, add the leek slice and simmer for a
minute, fill up with the cream and let it cook up then simmer for 5
minutes. If to thin ad a sprinkle of flour and whisk it in and let
simmer
for another minute. Add salt and pepper, check
seasoning and serve sprinkled with freshly minced
parsley. Optional: add a some slices of sausage to the soup.
NOTES: Serve immediately
with some country style bread.
