Cordon
Bleu Pork Schnitzel

SERVES: 4
INGREDIENT:
8 thin cut pork schnitzels, 100 grams of cooked ham in slices, 100 grams
of Swiss Emmentaler Cheese in slices,, salt, flour, 2 eggs and bread
crumbs, 0.5 dl sunflower oil, 20 grams of butter and lemon slices and
parsley to garnish.
DIRECTION:
Put the ham and cheese on 4 slices of pork schnitzel (like if you make a
sandwich) then place the next 4 slices to top them, so that the borders
are free of the filling and can be pressed against each other. Pass each
filled schnitzel (sandwich) trough the beaten egg mixture and then
trough the bread crumbs and press them well against each other, then
fry
the schnitzel in the sunflower oil and serve with French fries.
Garnish
with the lemon slices and parsley.
NOTES: Serve with a
light red or white wine.
