INGREDIENT:
500 grams
ground meat, 250 grams soup bones, 2 small leek, 1 celery, 2 carrot,
Thymine, one head of garlic salt, one onion, 3 and 1/2 liters of water.
DIRECTION:
Add
the meat to the cold water in a large casserole and bring to a boil,
remove the white foam on top of the liquid, add the vegetables and let
simmer slowly for about 3 and 1/2 hours. add just little salt.
Note:
Bouillon, in French cuisine, is simply a broth. This name comes from
the verb bouillir, meaning to boil. The bouillon or consommé is the basis for a great many soups, it can
be served just like this or with added vegetables, eggs, pasta or many
other ingredients.
