Pork in Mushroom Cream Sauce

INGREDIENT:
400 grams of lean pork meat cut (chipped) in small stripes or cubes
(pork meat can be from the pork fillet), 200 grams of
mushrooms cut in slices, 20 grams of butter, 2 tbsp flour, 1 finely minced onion
(1 big onion or 2 small ones), salt, paprika & pepper to
taste, 1 cup white wine, 1 cup cream, 1 tbsp
minced parsley.
DIRECTION:
Season the meat with some salt, pepper and paprika, then flour the meat,
Sauté
the meat with the onions in butter (or olive oil), when the onions
become glass clear add the sliced mushrooms and then add the wine to meat and let
simmer
for a few minutes. Add cream and heat
up, and serve, top with the minced parsley.
NOTES: Serve with noodles
or mashed potatoes and a good red wine.
