RECIPE: Chili con

INGREDIENT:
600 grams of ground beef, 200 grams of chopped onions, 600 grams of
kidney beans or small red beans,
1 tablespoon vegetable oil,
1 can of peeled tomatoes, finely chopped jalapeno chili pepper, 1
tablespoon chili powder, paprika, salt and pepper to taste, 1 can tomato
sauce, some grated cheese and chopped onions to top the dishes.
DIRECTION:
In a large skillet,
simmer the onion and ground beef in oil. Add the
tomatoes, tomato sauce, peppers, beans and
seasonings. Cover and simmer
for 1 and 1/2 hour, add a little water if needed.
NOTES:
Serve immediately and top
the dishes with some grated cheese and chopped onions.
