RECIPE:
Chicken
slices with creamy tomato sauce

INGREDIENT:
600 grams of de boned chicken breast (without the skin) cut in slices or
cubes, 1 chopped onion, 1 dent of garlic, , 1/2 cup of tomato paste, salt and
pepper to taste, 1 cup chicken bullion, chopped parsley, cleared butter (or olive oil),
1 cup (1/4 liter) of cream.
DIRECTION:
Salt & pepper chicken,
simmer the onions and garlic with the chicken
chicken slices in a large pot for about 10 minutes, then add
the chicken stock and tomato paste and simmer for about 10 minutes, then
add the cream and
simmer for another 5 minutes, serve and
top the dish with chopped parsley.
NOTES: Serve with rice or pasta.
We recommend a Merlot or a Shiraz with this dish.
