RECIPE: Chicken Cordon

INGREDIENT: 2 deboned
and clean breast of chicken, salt & pepper, Milk, 2 eggs, bread crumbs,
2 slices of ham and 2 slices of Emmentaler Swiss cheese (try to get the
real one and not the fake ones made anywhere but Switzerland!) (or
mozzarella cheese). Plus good quality fresh oil to fry the chicken
breast.
DIRECTION: Make a deep
cut in each of the chicken breast's and fill them with the ham and
cheese, then close the cut, Mix eggs, salt, pepper, milk in a bowl. Dip
breast in mixture, then in bread crumbs and
fry in pan (quickly) until
brown on both sides.
NOTES: Serve with
French Fries and decorate with a slice of lemon.
