Meat Brochette Flambé - Meat Shish Kabob Flambé

INGREDIENT:
500 grams of tender steak meat (tenderloin) ,
8 slices of bacon, 2 small or one big onion, 1 green bell pepper, meat
skewers, mustard, paprika, salt and pepper to taste, one shot of brandy, herb butter.
DIRECTION:
Cut the
steaks in dices to fit on the skewers and
season them with salt, paprika, pepper and the mustard,
cut the bacon in squares and cut the onions and green bell peppers also
in pieces that fit on the skewers. Place the meat, onions pieces, bacon
and bell pepper on the skewers and
grill the Meat Shish Kabob to your
liking, shortly before they are done add the brandy and
flambé the Meat
Shish Kabob shortly, then serve with herb butter on top and with French fries.
NOTES: We recommend a
Shiraz with this dish.
