INGREDIENT:
1 large Fish (or 2 smaller ones), cleaned but bones left in place, salt, pepper, 1 onion, 1
clove of garlic, 40gr butter, 1 tablespoon of fresh garden herbs, juice
of one large or 2 small lemons. Alu foil.
DIRECTION:
Finley mince the onion and the garlic, clean the fish well under running
water, dry off fish with towel, salt and pepper fish to taste, butter
the inside and outside of the fish, stuff the inside of the fish with
garlic, onion and garden herbs and sprinkle fish in and outside with
lemon juice, wrap fish in alu foil and
bake in preheated oven at 360F
for about 25 to 30 minutes (baking time depends of course on the size of
the fish) Serve on a large plate and
garnish with lemon slices and
fresh parsley.
NOTES: Serve
with boiled potatoes and a nice dry white wine, like for example a Macon
Village or a dry Riesling.
