Babilla bones meat soup

RECIPE: Babilla bones meat soup - Hangover Soup (Sopa de babilla)

INGREDIENTS: 2 pounds of babilla bones with some meat (the babilla is the meat from the top of the leg of the cow), 2 tablespoons of olive oil, salt and pepper, 1/2 cup of chopped yuca (Cassava), 1/2 cup of chopped ñame (Yam), 1/2 cup of chopped carrots, 2 whole corns chopped in small dices, 1 small chopped onion, 3 cups of beef or vegetable stuck.

DIRECTION: n a big pot heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil and simmer the onion, salt and pepper and the babilla bones until the onions are transparent, then add the beef or vegetable stuck and let it simmer until the babilla bones are done (2 hours approximately). Add the rest of the ingredients and keep cooking on low heat until the vegetables are done.

NOTES: Serve hot (optional: hot chili sauce) and enjoy!  This soup is very famous to help you up to speed after a long drinking party, to get rid of any nasty  hangover.
