RECIPE: Pork Chops
Normande (Pork Chops a la Normandy)

INGREDIENT: 4 pork chops 200gr each,
flour, 10 gr oil, 20 gr butter, 1/4 liter cream, juice of 1 lemon, salt, pepper,
1/4c. Calvados or apple brandy and 2 apples cut in slices.
DIRECTION: Flour chops
and fry both sides, flambé them shortly with the Calvados or apple
brandy,
salt & pepper and take them out of pan and keep warm, add cream to the
pan and let simmer for 2
minutes add lime juice last serve Apples sautéed on the side in butter and
served over the pork chops then spoon the sauce over the chops and
apples.
NOTES: Serve with
mashed potatoes and Cider/Apple wine from the Normandy or Apple juice.
