Chicken Salad

INGREDIENT:
400 grams of cooked boneless chicken breast, 1 cup of diced celery, one
cup of seedless green grapes (cut in half's), 1/2 cup of plain low fat
yogurt, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste and some
lettuce leafs for garnishing.
DIRECTION:
Cut the boneless cooked chicken breast in small slices, add all
ingredients in a bowl and mix them with a spoon. Add some lettuce salad
leafs on each plate and spoon the mixed chicken salad on the leafs,
optional: decorate each plate with some orange slices. Serve cold and
with some freshly toasted bread.
