RECIPE: Bell Pepper
Gratin

INGREDIENT: 4 - 5 bell
pepper, best a mix of red, yellow, orange and green bell peppers, 100
grams of black olives, 2 soupspoons of capers, 8 anchovies fillets, salt
and pepper to taste, if possible fresh herb mix of oregano, thyme and
rosemary, 3 soupspoons of olive oil, one soupspoon of breadcrumbs.
DIRECTION: Wash clean
out and slice the bell pepper in wide stripes and sauté in boiling water
for about 6 minutes, then clean a midsized gratin bake ware with olive
oil and mix all ingredients in the form, lastly on top add the resting
olive oil and sprinkle the breadcrumbs over it, cheese on top and
gratinate in 375F preheated
oven for about 25 minutes.
NOTES: Serve with
fresh country style bread.
