Notes: This is basically the same thing as a regular Vinaigrette Salad Sauce just that we replace the Vinegar with  Apple Juice, that makes the sauce much smoother and also easy on the folks that don't like or can eat Vinegar.

INGREDIENT: Finely chopped parsley and onion, salt, ground pepper, 1 part of  Apple Juice with 2 to 3 parts of extra virgin olive oil.

DIRECTION: In a salad bowl, add salt, ground pepper, Apple Juice and olive oil, whisk the dressing vigorously, serve over any salad like the one below.
