Rum Punch
90 grams of your favorite Rum
60 grams red syrup
30 grams Lemon Juice
120 grams Water
Mix all ingredients and serve
chilled over ice, decorate with a slice of orange. |

Sex on the Beach
15 grams of Amaretto
45 grams Vodka
15 grams Cream of coconut
120 grams Milk
Mix all ingredients, shake with
crushed ice, decorate with pineapple slice and cherry. |

Oasis
70 grams of Piña Colada
20 grams Pineapple Juice
30 grams Orange Juice
30 grams white Rum
Prepare directly in the glass and
pour the orange juice on top last so that a light collar forms,
decorate with pineapple and / or orange slice. |

Caipirinha
75.0 cl (1⅔ fl oz) Cachaça
(If you dont have Cachaça that can be substituted with Voda that would
make it into a Caipiroshka)
½ Fresh Lime cut into 4 wedges
2 teaspoons sugar
Place lime and sugar into old
fashioned glass and muddle (mash the two ingredients together using a
muddler or a wooden spoon). Fill the glass with crushed ice and add the
Cachaça. |

Mojito
60 grams white Havana Rum
60 grams club soda
1 teaspoon powdered sugar
Lime juice of one lime
4 mint leaves
1 sprig of mint
Place the mint leaves in a long tall glass, add the lime juice and then
the powdered sugar, mash the mint into the lime juice and sugar with a
muddler. Add crushed ice, the rum and stir, top it off with the
club soda. Garnish with a sprig of Mint. |

Mexico
20 grams of Tequila
20 grams Grand Marnier
10 grams Sugar
100 grams Orange Juice
Lemon Soda
Mix all ingredients (except the
lemon soda) well with some ice cubes, pour in a tall glass and fill up
with cold lemon soda. |

Piña Colada
30 grams white rum
30 grams coconut cream
90 grams pineapple juice
Prepare all ingredients in the
mixer with crushed ice until smooth. Pour into chilled glass, garnish
with a pineapple slice. Variation: Virgin piña colada or piñata colada -
without the rum. |

Margarita
70 grams tequila
40 grams Cointreau or Triple Sec
15 grams lemon or lime juice
Rub the rim of the glass with the
lime slice to make the salt stick to it. (Put salt on a plate and turn
the glass upside down passing the rim trough the salt.) Shake the other ingredients
with crushed ice, then carefully pour into the glass (taking care not to
dislodge any salt). Decorate with a slice of lemon. |
