Tips of uses of lemon with fish in your household:
The lemon is the common name for Citrus limon. The lemon is used for
culinary and nonculinary purposes throughout the world.
1.) Fish meat becomes compacter,
whiter, tastier and has less of that fishy odor if you sprinkle some
lemon juice (or vinegar) over the fish after cleaning it. Do it not
more then 15 minutes before cooking the fish or the dries out to much.
2.) Serve fish dishes with some lemon slices that serve as decoration
and also so the guest can sprinkle some more lemon juice over the fish.
3.) Against strong fishy smell: place
the cleaned fish for a minute in hot milk and then clean it with lemon
juice. Now if the fish is not fresh anymore then discard the fish, as
that treatment is only for fresh fish.
