Bloody Mary
30 grams Vodka
90 grams Tomato juice
15 grams Lemon juice
Add dashes of Worcestershire
Sauce, Tabasco , salt and pepper into highball glass, then pour all
ingredients into highball with ice cubes. Stir gently. Garnish with
Celery. |

Tom Collins
30 grams gin
10 grams freshly squeezed lemon juice
drizzle of sugar syrup
chilled carbonated water to taste
Mix the gin, lemon juice and sugar
syrup in a tall glass with ice, top up with soda water, garnish with a
slice of lime. |

Martini
60 grams gin
1 dash dry or sweet vermouth
Traditionally stirred into a chilled glass, garnished, and served up.
Notes: The ratio of gin to vermouth is highly variable in martini
recipes. |

Gimlet
60 grams gin or vodka.
15 grams Rose's Lime Juice
Mix and serve. Garnish with a slice of lime. |

Whiskey Sour
45 grams Bourbon whiskey
30 grams fresh lemon juice
15 grams Gomme syrup
Shake with ice. Strain into ice-filled old fashioned glass to serve "on
the rocks".
Notes: Garnish with maraschino cherry. |

Manhattan
60 grams Rye whiskey
Dash of Sweet red vermouth
Dash Angostura bitters
Preparation: Stirred over ice, strained into a chilled glass, garnished
with Maraschino cherry and served straight up. |
