Cabbage and Carrots Salad

INGREDIENT:
1 pound of cabbage, 1/4 pound of carrots, 4 oz raisins, 4 oz of walnuts,
mayonnaise, apple slices.
DIRECTION:
Shred the cabbage, then grate the carrots and mix all ingredients in a
bowl and refrigerate for at least one hour. Then serve the salad and
decorate the plates with some apple slices. Serve this cabbage and
carrots salad
with some freshly toasted bread.
